Delivery & Returns
Once your payment has cleared and your order has been accepted, we will process your order for delivery. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If you have placed your order before 2pm on a weekday, your order will usually be dispatched the same day and will be sent to you with the next delivery service, although at busy times we may take slightly longer. If you placed your order after 2pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday.
If you need your order urgently just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate and we encourage you to use the Express delivery option.
If you have not received your parcel within 5 days of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you.
Please note that items will not be dispatched over the weekend or on UK bank holidays.
United Kingdom:We offer the following shipping options on all UK orders:
- Standard signed, 3-4 working days – £4.50
- Express tracked, 1-2 working days – £7.50
Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for next working day delivery.

- International delivery, tracked & signed, 5-7 working days – £14.50
We deliver to the following EU countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.
We offer the following shipping options for international orders:
- International tracked & signed, 7 – 9 working days – £20
We deliver to the following international countries: Bahrain, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam.
We also deliver to Australia and New Zealand:
- International tracked & signed, 7 – 9 working days – £25
Please remember that if you order products to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
We always hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we’re happy to review the case.
If your item is faulty or there is a problem with your order, we will refund your incurred return postage costs provided you comply with our return instructions and you provide us with a copy of your receipt.
Prior to requesting a return, we ask you to consider the environmental impact of reverse shipping.
We do appreciate there will be circumstances where returning a product is necessary. We can offer an exchange or refund on any item if it is returned within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned to us unused and in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit). We will inspect the item once we have received the return, as we would love to sell the product again. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. If your return was purchased as part of a bundle, the complete bundle must be returned to us - we cannot return or exchange only part of a bundle product.
